Recently I received a call from a frantic client. It’s 6PM and their DJ is a “No Show” for their 7PM event!
They’re now scrambling to find a replacement DJ.
There’s two sides to this situation.
Shame on the DJ, or any other event service, who says they’ll do your event and then cancels at the last minute, or simply doesn’t show up.
Then there’s “let the buyer beware”.
When someone says they’ll do something for free, there’s no contract, just a verbal agreement, no planning sessions beyond a short phone call…
Don’t be surprised if they’re a no show because they got a paid event on your date.
Or because they didn’t take your event seriously enough to care to be there.
50 or 500 guests, no music, no microphone, no master of ceremonies, no entertainment, no bueno.
Always select qualified, reliable, insured, event professionals.
Your successful celebration starts here.
