Today’s question is what will your Mitzvah and friends do while the adults enjoy cocktails? The usual conversation includes mocktails for the kids, photo booth, selfie station, caricature artist, magic, cocktail half hour vs full hour, so they don’t get into too much trouble, or tear the venue apart. LOL
Games and activities outside the main room can help keep them occupied. The trick is to close that section after cocktails, or they’ll be out there for the entire event (unless that’s what you want?), which can play havoc on your plans for a shared youth and adult reception (unless that’s not what you want?).
We offer a Game Master experience, inside or outside the main room, for your Mitzvah and friends, while the adults enjoy their cocktails elsewhere.
This popular solution offers fun, interactive, entertaining, and personalized games that can match your Mitzvah’s preferences and theme. Plus, play is designed to be inclusive and ongoing, where no one is ever out, it’s just nonstop FUN! This often attracts adults who end up either watching and\or participating in the games. Which is totally fine with us. The more the merrier.
This play time can offer a seamless segue for the introduction where your Mitzvah leads a conga line outside the room, as adult guests are entering, then the complete entourage parades back in as part of the planned introduction.
Of course, this solution requires an interactive DJ who is also a Pied Piper with the kids. Lucky for you, you know one. [Wink, Smile, ME!]
